Refund Policy
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or tested items. However, if your products are completely unopened and unused, you are welcome to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
For Swedish orders: To cover the cost we charge 49 SEK for Swedish orders. Please contact us at: customerservice@weyabeauty.com and include your order number in the email. We aim to answer within 24 hours.
For EU / UK / US / International orders: We are unable to provide return shipping labels—you are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Returns are made at your own risk, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. IMPORTANT: Do not send your return via registered mail or with Schenker. If possible, please reuse the original box your order arrived in as outer packaging to reduce waste.
Clearly label your return to Weya, and include a note inside the package with your name, order number, and email address, then send it to:

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 days. If your return cannot be accepted, we will notify you via email with an explanation.
Claims
If you need to make a claim regarding your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team using the contact form available on our website. To help us handle your case as quickly as possible, kindly include a clear photo or video showing the defect, along with the product's batch number.
A defect refers to a manufacturing issue and does not include damage due to normal wear, improper storage, or product aging.
Weya AB reserves the right to attempt to correct the issue first. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be offered instead. Please note that Weya AB does not reimburse return shipping costs for claims.
In case of disputes, Weya AB adheres to decisions issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or relevant authorities.
